These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cafe Meria website at cafemeria.com and your orders placed with Cafe Meria, LLC (“Cafe Meria,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Orders & payment

When you place an order, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable tax. Payment is processed securely by Square. Menu items, prices, and availability may change. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or an error occurs.

Pickup

Orders are prepared for pickup at our cafe at 101 Mason St, Charlevoix, MI. You are responsible for picking up your order at the indicated location (counter, takeaway window, table, or curbside) in a timely manner.

SMS / text message terms

If you provide your mobile phone number when ordering, you agree to receive a text message from Cafe Meria notifying you when your order is ready for pickup. This is a transactional, order-related program — not marketing.

  • Program: Cafe Meria order-ready notifications.
  • Message frequency: approximately one message per order.
  • Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
  • To opt out: reply STOP at any time. To get help, reply HELP.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
