Cafe Meria, at 101 Mason St in downtown Charlevoix, Michigan, serves breakfast and lunch all day: croissant sandwiches on an all-butter croissant, lettuce wraps, quiche bites, and açaí and Greek yogurt bowls with granola we make in house. Nothing on the menu is made with seed oils. Pair it with an espresso, a matcha latte, Meria Chai or a whole-fruit smoothie.

Is there breakfast with no gluten or dairy ingredients?

Yes. Every croissant sandwich also comes as lettuce wraps in crisp romaine, with no gluten ingredients. The chicken salad, egg salad and avocado egg wraps have no dairy ingredients, and the quiche bites, açaí bowl and Greek yogurt bowl have no gluten ingredients. Our kitchen also handles wheat, so we can't promise there are no traces.
