Hikari is a single-origin ceremonial matcha from Matchaful — stone-ground to order from first-harvest leaves grown at Hattori Tea Farm, a fourth-generation family farm in the hills of Shizuoka, Japan. Smooth and creamy, with notes of walnut, lemon, and butter. USDA Certified Organic · Pesticide-free · Shaded by solar panels Ingredients: 100% Japanese matcha 30g / 1.1oz tin To make it: sift 1 tsp into a bowl, add 2oz of 180°F water, whisk until frothy. Add 6oz of milk for a latte. Keep the tin sealed and cool. Best within a month of opening.
